The Education Crisis
Vision and Action for Better Schools

A Podcast Series about why American educational systems are in crisis and what we can do about it

The dismal performance of our public education system is weakening our country and is jeopardizing the futures of many of our students.  It’s also threatening public education’s very existence, given the strong push for privatizing public schools.  Even if you think privatization is a good thing, research shows that private schools are not outperforming public schools when adjusted for socioeconomic status and other demographic factors.   They suffer from the same systemic problems as do public schools, as my new podcast makes clear.

There is not much public awareness of this crisis that is weakening our country and our democratic system.  My 10-chapter podcast investigates the nature of the crisis, the causes of the crisis, how some schools are overcoming the crisis, and what you can do to help your schools overcome the crisis.

Please listen to a chapter or two.  The chapters are only about 25 minutes long each.  If you then agree with me that this podcast addresses a truly important topic for public awareness, please do all you can to help the podcast go viral.  Post it to your social media, talk about it with your family and friends, and email about it to all your email contacts.

You know that “only you can prevent forest fires.”  Well, only you can get us out of the education crisis by spreading the word.  Our children and our country desperately need your help.
